Chad grew up in the Twin Cities.   He graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Accounting.   His resume of experience is in finance and sales, and his personal passion is finance and investment.   He has been President of a homeowners association for ten years running and manages a number of investment properties.  He is SFR-Certified by the National Association of REALTORS to assist sellers with short-equity sales.   He was nominated and elected by the Minnesota Association of REALTORS to serve on the 2011 Finance committee - a committee requiring a strong degree of financial proficiency and industry knowledge.  He has served on the Communications Committee for the City of Savage and on various committees for the Southern Twin Cities Association of REALTORS®.   His volunteer projects include Trees for Toys and D.O.G.S. (Dads of Glendale Students.)    Chad enjoys all sports, especially college hockey, Twins baseball and Vikings football.

Sara grew up in Searles, a rural southern Minnesota community.    She graduated from St. Cloud State University with a degree in Business and achieved a Master’s Certificate in Business Communication from the University of St. Thomas.  She has worked for the Southern Twin Cities Association of REALTORS®, the Regional MLS of Minnesota and in residential real estate sales.  She has served on the Southern Twin Cities Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors, the Regional MLS of Minnesota Board of Governors, and various other committees.  Sara is a volunteer contributor to the Savage Pacer Community Voices column.  Her additional volunteer projects include Trees for Toys and Adopt-a-Street, running along McColl Drive west of Highway 13 in Savage, into Shakopee.  She enjoys running, gardening and reading.  

Chad and Sara are regular sponsors of Savage's Dan Patch Days and gold sponsors of the YMCA's annual fundraiser banquet.  They donate to the Savage fire department, the Prior Lake Dance Team, and other charitable organizations (food shelf, Toys for Tots, CAP Agency, et. al.) throughout the year.

2012 Chairman's Circle Award

On February 21, 2012 we were awarded the Chairman's Circle Award - the highest award attainable at Edina Realty.   Reaching this award placed us in the top 1.6 percent of agents company-wide.  Our sales for 2011 reached 60 homes totalling $14 Million. 

We love what we do, are very excited about this award!  We look forward to serving our clients as we move into 2012.
