The National Association of REALTORS has just launched a new website for homeowners geared to helping them become more savvy about home maintenance. HouseLogic's goal is to help homeowners make good choices about financing, taxes, insurance, maintenance, and improvements.
The site also hopes to engage consumers in political advocacy, as many of the same issues that affect REALTORS affect homeowners too. Owners who register on HouseLogic will be able to stay informed on how federal, (and eventually) state and local actions could impact their homes, communities and pocketbooks.
