Countdown to Use Tax Credits....21 Days Left

There are just 21 days left to use the two tax credits available to home buyers this season.  

Purchase agreements must be written and finalized by April 30, 2010 in order for buyers to receive either the $6,500 tax credit for existing homeowners, or the $8000 first time homebuyer tax credit.   Buyers have until June 30 to close.
