This past spring I wrote about my client Adam, who bought a huge 1930-built house that had good bones but was not-so-appealing in the cosmetic aspects. I gave him kudos for having a vision. At a time when many homes are in disrepair or, at the minimum, hold very little move-in-ready appeal, this is one buyer I worked with who could really see beyond the blue carpet, drop-ceiling, wallpaper and dated appliances, and he and gave it a major overhaul.
In my earlier post on this subject, I included before and after pictures from his home renovation. Now, as we enter August, he has just completed the kitchen and back porch, and all in good time....his wedding is this month! It's a story made for HGTV. And it has a happy ending.

This collage of pictures contains three BEFORE photos of the BACK PORCH and HALF BATH along the bottom. The paneling in the porch was brown and the floor was rough. The green sponge-painted bath was not exactly the style he and his bride-to-be had in mind.
Here are the AFTER pictures of the BACK PORCH and HALF BATH.
