Minnesota Association of REALORS "Bill of the Week"

Each week, the Minnesota Association of REALTORS will highlight a bill that would have a negative impact on REALTORS®, buyers, sellers, or homeowners.  

This week's bill:

House File 816 (Rep. P. Anderson-R, Starbuck) This bill requires residential homes to undergo radon testing at the time of listing. The seller must perform the testing and disclose the results in writing. This would be effective for home sales with a closing date on August 1, 2013, or later.
