Huebeners attain Chairman’s Circle Award for home sales in 2014

Chad and Sara Huebener, Realtors at Edina Realty’s Prior Lake/Savage office, were recently presented with the Chairman’s Circle Award for their sales volume in 2014. The Chairman’s Circle Award is the highest sales designation attainable through Edina Realty.                                                                                                                                                                     

In 2014, the Huebeners closed 68 properties, placing them in the top echelon of all Edina Realty sales agents, according to a press release. They are also ranked among the top sales agents within Scott County as a whole.

"2014 saw modest and consistent appreciation and we expect that trend to continue into 2015," the Huebeners said in a statement. “Our local community continues to be attractive to families looking for exceptional schools, corporate transferees and first-time buyers. We have a well-rounded, available stock of housing that serves the needs of these core groups.”

Chad and Sara have earned the Chairman’s Circle Award every year since they joined Edina Realty in 2011. Prior to joining the company, they were licensed with Coldwell Banker Burnet, where they attained the Diamond Society Award several years in a row.
