The Pointe neighborhood is one of Savage's most premier neighbhorhoods, featuring 242 single-family homes built by Hans Hagen between 1996 and 2001.
A walking trail spans the development through a wooded, wetland area. The Pointe features over 15 cul de sacs and all the homes have full brick fronts. Two parks, including a picnic shelter, ball park and sledding hill are within the neighborhood. The neIghborhood is part of the Prior Lake/Savage School District 719.
The Pointe has a homeowner's association designed to preserve the values and integrity of the community. Spring garages sales and community gatherings are just some of the social activities enjoyed by Pointe residents.
