Chad and Sara Huebener, REALTORS® at Edina Realty’s Prior Lake/Savage office, were recently presented with the Chairman’s Circle Award for their sales volume in 2017. The Chairman’s Circle Award is the highest sales designation attainable through Edina Realty.
In 2017, the Huebeners closed 71 properties for over $24 million, placing them in the top echelon of all Edina Realty sales agents. They are also ranked among the top REALTORS® within the southwest metro.
“2017 was a low-inventory year for the existing market. It was heavy with new construction, and due to where pricing is trending, was ultimately a market that was easier for move-up buyers to navigate than it was for first-time buyers. Now more than ever, buyers and sellers need highly-local, experienced representation,” they said. “Our exceptional schools and location continue to attract corporate transferees and move-up buyers. Even with our well-rounded, available stock of housing, there is an overwhelming demand for affordable, one-level-living townhome inventory to serve the senior market. This demographic typically doesn’t just want to downsize structure; They want to downsize expenses as well, while maintaining, minimally, a lateral level of quality in the structure of their home.”
Chad and Sara have earned the Chairman’s Circle Award every year since joining Edina Realty in 2011. Prior to joining the company, they were licensed with Coldwell Banker Burnet, where they attained the Diamond Society Award several years in a row.
